		<description>Yes, all true. I would say that this is so in the area of risk in projects even more so. Companies spend fortunes setting up risk processes and supporting tools which then fail to deliver. Why? Despite the logically correct process, good risk assessment needs groups of human beings to work on uncertain future events. My own experience and others shows that making risk work depends strongly on the person facilitating the risk workshops... is that your experience too?
