Great point on avoiding problem scenarios by following process. The balance on process is to make sure you have enough, but not enough that it starts becoming the main focus of the work rather than a tool to an end!</description>

I don&#039;t run a business, but as an engineer, some elements of process can be wearing - change management and release coordination and the likes. Re the sweetener: knowing from long experience what kind of problem scenarios I&#039;m avoiding by following the process :)</description>
